Starting from May 24, you will once again have an opportunity to get co-drivers in the temporary event “Bounty hunting”, including the new co-driver “Hakon”!
Hakon marks the enemies whose vehicles have low durability. Marked enemies receive more damage, and destroying enemy armoured cars speeds up cooldown of modules and cabins!
In total, there are 11 co-drivers that you can get: Phobos, Hertz, Yuki, Falcon, Jay, Atitlan, Billie, Grizzly, Ulfgar, R-Type 52 and Hakon.
You will have to complete challenges and participate in battles to earn Mercenary keys. Mercenary keys can be spent in the event store on containers of various rarities, from which you can get a co-driver. Containers now have guaranteed rewards at certain stages of opening them. The current guaranteed reward is the new co-driver Hakon.
It is also still possible to increase the rarity of a co-driver for gold and glory points: to do this, you need to increase the co-driver’s level to 50. After increasing the rarity, the co-driver’s level is reset to one.
The event will last two weeks and will end on June 7.
New “Scorched Highway 11” and “Ashen ring, morning” map variations were added to the game.
The games on these maps are played in the “Encounter” mode. New map variations are available in all PvP battles and in Custom battle lobbies.
1. Each temporary event will now have its own unique currency.
2. The mechanics of blast damage applied to shields have been reworked. Now, the excess damage from the explosion after the shield is destroyed damages the parts of the armoured vehicle. For example, previously an explosive projectile with 500 pts. of damage that hit a shield with 1 pts. of durability would do only 1 pts. of damage and disappear immediately, while the remaining 499 pts. of damage would go nowhere. In the new system, if an explosion hits a shield with 1 pts. of durability, the shield will be destroyed and the remaining 499 pts. of damage will be dealt to the armoured vehicle’s parts.
1. Fixed a bug when explosive damage was not working correctly.
2. Fixed Polish and French localization of parameters descriptions of some parts.
