Update 1.11.0

Battle pass, new season “Death Race”!

Survivors! Starting from September 27, you will have access to a new battle pass dedicated to the topic of racing and high speed! There are 70 rewards in the season, including:

• Structural parts and decor for the armoured car in the theme of the season.

• Blueprint of the legendary passive module “Cheetah”. The perk of this engine will allow you to quickly rush forward and its performance will allow you to reach the highest speeds.

• Blueprint of the legendary machine gun “M-39 Imp”. The number of bullets fired in a single shot increases with speed, making the machine gun deadly at high speeds!

• Blueprint of the epic wheel “Buggy”. The wheel reduces the speed requirements for the perks, which depend on this parameter.

• Unique armoured vehicle “Wave crest”.

• Special customization for the game profile in the theme of the season.

Complete the tasks and challenges, level up and collect rewards.

The Battle pass also includes a leaderboard. Players compete in the leaderboard according to their Battle pass level. Those who reach the maximum level by the end of the season will receive the most valuable rewards!

New seasonal pack “Adrenaline”

The new seasonal pack “Adrenaline” is now available for purchase in the in-game store. The armoured car is built on the basis of the new legendary cabin “Cockpit” and armed with two epic miniguns “Equalizer”. The lightweight cabin “Cockpit” significantly enhances the mounted weapons when moving at high speed.

“Adrenaline” is also equipped with the invisibility module “Chameleon”, the engine “Hardcore” and the unique wheels “Fast lap”. The pack is available in two versions - standard and deluxe.

Improvement of the damage resistance system

Now the maximum possible resistance in the game is 90%. However, limitations have been added for perks that allow you to stack resistances. For the perk of the “Armored track”, the maximum bonus is 16%, for the “M-29 Protector” — 12%.

Previously, the maximum limitation was 50%. This had a negative effect on some parts, such as the “Bastion” cabin. The plow of this cabin has a very high damage resistance, but it didn’t work due to the 50% limitation. This also applies to some structural parts.

The calculation is carried out as follows (numbers and parts are selected for this specific example):

• Each machine gun gives 3% damage resistance. Maximum resistance from this perk = 9%

• Each track gives 4% damage resistance. Maximum resistance from this perk = 16%

• Maximum resistance score in the game = 50%.

The armoured vehicle is equipped with:

• 3 machine guns. 3 * 3 = 9% resistance.

• 10 tracks. 10 * 4 = 40, but the resistance is 16%, because this is the maximum value for this perk.

• Cabin with built-in resistance of 50% (not perk).

As a result:

• The cabin’s damage resistance 9 + 16 + 50 = 75%, which exceeds the maximum possible resistance value in the game.

Changes for homing rockets

The homing rockets received a number of significant changes. All of them are intended to make the rockets more dependent on the player’s skills, as well as to make their archetype more specialized.

  1. The aiming speed has been significantly increased. The rate of losing a target is now instantaneous, but a radius has been added inside which the rocket marker is not reset.
  2. The speed and maneuverability of the rockets have been changed. Now the vertical position of the rockets is ineffective. But the niche of “artillery” rockets in the future will be occupied by different parts.
  3. It has become more difficult to hit targets with rockets due to changes in targeting, manoeuvrability and speed, so the damage and blast radius have been increased.
  4. Now the rockets are aiming at the armoured car’s center of mass, not at the cockpit. Due to this change, rockets should hit their targets more often.

Important changes

  1. Improved the mechanics of self-destruction. Self-destruct can now be activated by using the slider. The self-destruct timer has been increased from 2 to 5 seconds. During the timer countdown, a red flashing light appears on the cabin which is visible to all players.
  2. Improved display of damage numbers: now, if damage has been done to the cabin and other parts in one shot, the damage numbers will be divided into 2 parts— red and yellow. Previously, in such a case, a single red number would always appear, which could mislead players as to how much damage was actually dealt to the cabin.
  3. Added damage effect for wheels. When the wheel has less than 30% of durability, it begins to spin with a special effect. This does not affect the physics of wheels.
  4. Changed the perk for the cabin “Backbone”. The new perk should more accurately define the archetype of a fast heavy cabin created for aggressive combat at close and medium distance mainly with turret cannons.
  5. Improved the perk of the “Wyvern” cabin. Now the bonus for jumps stacks up and resets gradually, which should facilitate its use and make the perk more effective.
  6. Improved the perk of the “Bear” cabin. Now, in addition to increasing the maximum speed when using tracks, each mounted track also increases the power of the cabin.
  7. A 60% self-destruct blast damage resistance value has been added for Leviathans. This should make tactics with constant self-destruction near the leviathan less effective.
  8. A notification about homing missiles flying towards the player has been added to the combat interface.

Bug fixes

  1. Fixed a bug where the first shot fired one more cartridge more than it should.
  2. Fixed a bug where setting up the turrets didn’t reset invisibility.
  3. Fixed the perk of “Pulsar”. Previously, only direct damage was increased for the distance travelled by the projectile. Explosive damage now also increases the same way. The perk’s effectiveness is reduced to keep within the frames of the in-game balance.
  4. Fixed a bug where the damage numbers were not displayed at a distance of more than 200 meters.
  5. Fixed a bug where the self-destruct damage numbers were not displayed.
  6. Fixed a bug where the damage numbers were not always displayed if the attack destroyed the enemy.
